Stage one: £79 includes section 8 or 21 notice or (£94 for both), includes a process server who will serve the notice in person if required, includes tax). Soon as we are instructed we will draft and serve the eviction notice on your tenants. It does not matter where you, or your tenants live, we cover ALL of England & Wales. At this stage the tenant may leave before the notice expires.
Stage two: £380 (Accelerated)
£539 (Fixed hearing) With stage two we prepare the claim and lodge it with the court. We pay the £150 court fee. For fixed hearing cases we pay the Barrister fee, who will attend court to carry out the work and plead your claim. Normally a fourteen day possession order is granted.
In very rare cases, when the possession order has expired the tenant may not leave. Should this happen, we can then arrange court appointed bailiffs to eject the tenant. The cost of this is £195, includes £95 Court fee and tax.
